The Opening Session of Amaroo 2024 took place on Monday, September 9, in the Amphitheatre at Ivorys Rock in Australia, where Prem Rawat welcomed in-person and livestream attendees.
With profound insights into life’s journey and purpose, Prem addressed key questions, including “Why do people die?,” common misconceptions about life, and staying focused on one's existence amidst challenges.
This Opening Session of the 5-day event is now available.
Session 3 occurred on Tuesday evening, 10th of September, with Prem excited to share a wide range of stories that illustrate his compelling message.
He told a story about a young man who asked a wise man, “What happens when we die?” The response was, “That’s not a question with an answer.”
Prem assured the audience that devotion is a natural outcome of an individual's effort. It is a compelling, powerful session.
In the unseasonably warm Australian outback, Prem Rawat conducted Session 2 of the 2024 Amaroo event. The Tuesday morning session on September 10, 2024 opened with video highlights from his July 2024 international training in Malaysia. Through his unique storytelling, he described the flow of life and death and the drop returning to the ocean.
Amaroo 2024 drew to a close on the evening of 13th of September.
Prem continued to provide the opportunity for individuals to express their love and tell a little bit about their journey in preparing to reach Australia.
In some of the examples, health, death and various challenges were shared and Prem passionately listened and responded. He reminded everyone of his philosophy saying “There is only a little control you have whilst you’re alive. So, find the Divine, hug the Divine, and hang onto the Divine.”
As the evening wrapped up, he encouraged everyone to remember the lessons learnt, stay healthy and more events will be forthcoming.
On this final morning of Amaroo 2024, 13th September, Prem strongly encouraged everyone to take advantage of the opportunity and need to put the practice of Knowledge into action.
He suggested that we don’t need our concepts to feel the beauty of the divine. We are a part of that river that flows stating “your shape may be different, but your content isn’t.”
He opened the session up to those who wanted to express themselves to him, with smiles and wisdom he welcomed the range of love shared.
At the end of the morning session, Prem surprised the audience and Lem Lasher, the former TimelessToday CEO, with an appreciation award for his efforts.
On the afternoon of September 12th, Prem emphasized the significance of the “now.” He explained that the present moment and existence are intertwined, and when experienced fully, they unlock a life of freedom.
He highlighted that the “now” is where your true self resides, independent of others’ experiences—it’s your own “sphere of now.” The practice of Knowledge, free from external ideas and concepts, allows you to connect with this moment.
Reflecting on how quickly time had passed, Prem acknowledged there was just one more day left on the Amaroo 2024 calendar.
